Your data is yours. Here's how to take it with you — or take it away entirely.
Your tracking data (workouts, measurements, food) can be exported from the app, and coaches can export business data (earnings, monthly bookings) from Business analytics.
Your personal data is private by default.
Connecting to a coach shares your training, nutrition, tracking and check-ins with them — that's what coaching runs on. Ending the connection ends the sharing.
Friends see only what you actively share with them (like shared workouts).
Health platform syncing (Apple Health / Health Connect) is read with your permission only, and you can revoke access any time in your phone's settings.
You can request account deletion from the app's settings or at synrgetic.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent — export anything you want to keep first.
