# Your data & privacy

Your data is yours. Here's how to take it with you — or take it away entirely.

## Exporting your data

Your tracking data (workouts, measurements, food) can be **exported** from the app, and coaches can export business data (earnings, monthly bookings) from [Business analytics](/coach-mode/business-analytics.md).

## Who sees what

* Your personal data is private by default.
* Connecting to a **coach** shares your training, nutrition, tracking and check-ins with them — that's what coaching runs on. Ending the connection ends the sharing.
* **Friends** see only what you actively share with them (like shared workouts).

## Health data

Health platform syncing (Apple Health / Health Connect) is read with your permission only, and you can revoke access any time in your phone's settings.

## Deleting your account

You can request account deletion from the app's settings or at [synrgetic.com/delete-account](https://synrgetic.com/delete-account). Deletion is permanent — export anything you want to keep first.
