# Notifications

Synrgetic notifies you about the things that need you — and stays quiet otherwise.

## What you'll be notified about

* **Bookings** — new sessions, changes and cancellations (clients and coaches).
* **Messages** — new chat messages.
* **Friend requests** and coaching connections.
* **Payments** — requests, confirmations and refunds (with email confirmations too).

## Managing notifications

* In-app: the **Notifications** section shows your history; **Settings** controls what you receive.
* On your phone: iOS and Android notification settings for Synrgetic control delivery at the system level.

## Summary emails

Optional **monthly summary emails** recap your activity — and for coaches, your business numbers. Manage email preferences in Settings.
