# Measurements & body tracking

The **Tracking → Body** tab records the numbers the mirror can't: weight, body measurements and how they trend over time.

## Logging measurements

1. Open **Tracking** and go to the **Body** tab.
2. Add today's entry — weight and any measurements you track (waist, hips, arms, and so on).
3. Entries build into **charts** so you can see the trend, not just today's number.

## Reading the trend

Day-to-day weight is noisy — water, salt, sleep and stress all move it. The chart view is the honest signal: look at the direction over weeks, not the wobble between days.

## Exporting your data

Your tracking data is yours — you can **export** it from the app whenever you want a copy. See [Your data & privacy](/account-and-settings/data-and-privacy.md).

## With a coach

If you're connected to a coach, your measurements feed their view of your progress and your check-ins — one weigh-in, no screenshots or spreadsheets needed.
