Measurements & body tracking

The Tracking → Body tab records the numbers the mirror can't: weight, body measurements and how they trend over time.

Logging measurements

  1. Open Tracking and go to the Body tab.

  2. Add today's entry — weight and any measurements you track (waist, hips, arms, and so on).

  3. Entries build into charts so you can see the trend, not just today's number.

Reading the trend

Day-to-day weight is noisy — water, salt, sleep and stress all move it. The chart view is the honest signal: look at the direction over weeks, not the wobble between days.

Exporting your data

Your tracking data is yours — you can export it from the app whenever you want a copy. See Your data & privacy.

With a coach

If you're connected to a coach, your measurements feed their view of your progress and your check-ins — one weigh-in, no screenshots or spreadsheets needed.
