# Progress photos

Progress photos catch changes the scale misses. They live in **Tracking → Photos**.

## Taking progress pics

1. Open **Tracking → Photos** and add a new photo.
2. For photos that are actually comparable, keep conditions consistent: same spot, same lighting, same time of day (first thing in the morning works best), same poses.

## Comparing over time

* Browse all your photos in one gallery.
* Use **compare** to put two photos side by side — the before/after view that makes slow progress visible.

## Sharing

You can **share** progress pics — with your coach, or export the comparison for wherever you want it. Photos are private by default; nothing is shared unless you share it.

## With a coach

Connected clients' progress photos are visible to their coach as part of progress tracking and check-ins, so your coach sees what's changing without you sending photos over chat.
