# Bookings & calendar

Run your schedule from Synrgetic — sessions, availability and calendar sync in one place.

## Booking sessions

1. Open a client (or your **Calendar**) and create a booking with a date, time and duration.
2. Your client is notified automatically — and again if you change or cancel the booking. Both sides get email confirmations.
3. Bookings drawn from a [package](/coach-mode/packages.md) count down the client's remaining sessions automatically.

## Your coach calendar

The **Calendar** view shows your whole coaching week across all clients. Clients see their own bookings in their app too — fewer "what time are we on?" messages.

## Calendar sync

Sync your Synrgetic schedule to your phone's calendar (iOS and Android), so coaching sessions sit alongside the rest of your life and your other commitments are visible when you're booking.

## Exporting bookings

Need your bookings outside the app — for records or accounting? Monthly bookings can be **exported** from [Business analytics](/coach-mode/business-analytics.md).
