# Exercise guides

**Exercise guides** are Synrgetic's biggest time-saver: write your coaching for an exercise **once** — and it attaches automatically everywhere that exercise appears, for every client, in every plan, forever.

## Creating a guide

1. Open **Exercise guides** in Coach mode and create a guide for an exercise.
2. Add your **written content** — cues, setup, progressions, common faults.
3. Add video: **record your own demo** or **share a YouTube video**.

## How guides reach clients

Whenever you program that exercise for any client, your guide is **shared automatically** with the workout. No copy-pasting instructions, no re-uploading the same demo video for the fifteenth time.

## Updating a guide

Edit a guide **at any time** — improvements apply everywhere the guide is used. Refilm a better demo once, and every client's plan gets it.

## The setup that pays for itself

Most coaches actively use fewer than 30 exercises. An afternoon spent building guides for your core movements means every future program is assembled from finished parts — this is where "program in minutes, not evenings" comes from.
