# Getting paid

Synrgetic tracks the money side of your coaching so your packages, sessions and payments always agree.

## Payment tracking

However your clients pay you — bank transfer, cash, card machine — record the payment against their package and Synrgetic keeps the ledger: what's been paid, what's outstanding, and the full history per client. Both you and your client get email confirmations when payments are recorded.

## Payment requests

Send a client a **payment request** for their package — they're notified, and the payment is tracked against the package once made.

## Refunds

Record **refunds** (full or partial) against a client's package — the package history and your analytics stay accurate, and confirmations go to both sides.
