Messages is Synrgetic's built-in chat — for friends, and between coaches and clients.
Open Messages from the menu and pick a contact, or message someone directly from their profile. Conversations work like any modern chat: you'll get notifications for new messages (configurable in Notifications).
If you train with a coach on Synrgetic (or coach clients), messaging keeps the whole coaching conversation in the same app as the training itself — no more feedback scattered across WhatsApp, email and DMs. Workout feedback, check-in follow-ups and quick questions all live here.
