# Gym management

Run a gym or a coaching team? A **Gym** in Synrgetic puts all your trainers and their clients under one account and one subscription.

## Creating a gym

1. From Coach mode, open **Gym management** and create your gym.
2. **Invite trainers** — they receive an invite link that connects their coach account to your gym.
3. Each trainer manages their own clients within the gym's limits.

## Gym plans

Gym subscriptions are priced by team size — from **$49.99/month** (5 trainers with 20 clients each) up to larger tiers for bigger teams (see [synrgetic.com](https://synrgetic.com) for current tiers). One subscription covers the whole team — trainers don't need their own paid plans.

## Working as a team

* Trainers get the full coach toolset — clients, exercise guides, programs, bookings, packages and analytics.
* **Sharing clients** between coaches supports cover, handovers and team coaching. See [Managing clients](/coach-mode/managing-clients.md).

## Why gyms use it

The alternative is every trainer paying for their own software (or worse, each using a different app). A gym account standardises the client experience across your floor, at a price that doesn't multiply per trainer.
