Is Synrgetic really free? For personal use, yes — completely, with no ads. Coaching your first client is also free forever. Paid plans only exist to unlock more client slots, and every plan includes every feature.

What's the catch at $8.99/month? No catch — no overhead. Synrgetic is built and run by its founder, billing goes through the app stores, and there are no feature gates or paid add-ons.

Do my clients pay anything? No. The client side is free, always.

How do I cancel? In the app, any time, via Purchases — you keep access until the end of the billing month.

Coaching

Can I try coaching without paying? Yes — your first client slot is free forever, and every paid plan starts with a one-month free trial.

I coach in person, not online. Is it still for me? Yes — real-time workout logging, bookings, packages and payment tracking are built for in-person coaching; the online tools are there when you want them.

Can I switch from TrueCoach, Trainerize or another platform? Yes — there's a free step-by-step switching guide (including data-export instructions for each platform) at synrgetic.com/switch, and the founder personally helps early coaches migrate.

What happens if I go over my client limit? Upgrade to the next tier in Purchases — or hide clients you're no longer coaching; hidden clients don't count against your limit and can be restored any time.
