Food tracking

Your food diary lives in Tracking → Food. Logging is designed to be fast enough that you'll actually keep doing it.

Logging food

  1. Open Tracking and go to the Food tab.

  2. Pick the meal you're logging and add food by:

    • Searching the food database,

    • Scanning a barcode — point your camera at the packet and the food's nutrition info fills in automatically,

    • Picking from your favourites or frequent foods — your regular meals are usually two taps.

  3. Adjust the portion (foods support multiple measures — grams, servings, items) and save.

Reading your day

The Food tab shows your running totals for calories and macros against your active nutrition target, so you always know where you stand before dinner, not after it.

Tips

  • Favourite the foods you eat weekly — the first week of logging is the slowest; after that your staples are all one tap away.

  • Log as you eat rather than at bedtime. Recall is the enemy of accuracy.

  • If you train with a coach, they can see your food diary and give feedback — one of the main reasons coaches ask clients to log here rather than in a separate app.
