# Bookings, packages & payments

## Sessions and bookings

When your coach schedules a session with you, it appears in your calendar and you'll be notified of new, changed or cancelled bookings. Your upcoming sessions are visible on your **Dashboard → Calendar**.

## Packages

Coaches sell training in **packages** — for example, a block of 10 sessions or a monthly online coaching plan. Your package shows how many sessions remain and its booking history, so there's never a "how many do I have left?" conversation.

## Payments

How you pay depends on your coach. Many coaches take payment directly (bank transfer, card in person) and track it in Synrgetic; coaches can also send **payment requests**, and refunds are recorded so your package history always reflects reality. You'll receive email confirmation when payments and refunds are recorded.

## Purchases

Your **Purchases** section in the menu shows your history with your coach.
