Connecting to your coach
Training with a coach who uses Synrgetic? Connecting takes a minute, and everything they plan for you appears in your app automatically.
The easy way: an invite link
Your coach will usually send you an invite link:
Install Synrgetic (App Store / Google Play).
Tap the invite link. If you're new, registering through the link creates your account already connected to your coach. If you already use Synrgetic, the link connects your existing account.
What your coach can see
Once connected, your coach can see your training, food diary, measurements, progress photos and check-ins — that visibility is what remote coaching runs on. Your account is still yours: your data, your login, and the app stays free for you.
What you'll get
Workouts planned by your coach, with their instructions and exercise guides attached.
Nutrition targets and meal plans, if your coach manages your nutrition.
Check-ins, bookings and messaging — all in the same app.
Disconnecting
If you stop working with a coach, the connection can be ended — you keep your account, your history and all your own data, and the app remains free to use on your own.
