# Exercise progress & charts

The **Exercise progress** section turns your logged workouts into trends.

## What you can see

* **Progress charts per exercise** — how your weights, reps, volume and estimated 1RM have moved over time.
* **Workout history per exercise** — every session where the movement appeared.

## How to use it

1. Open **Exercise progress** from the menu.
2. Pick an exercise you've logged.
3. Switch between chart views to see the trend that matters to you — strength (1RM estimate), top set weight, or volume.

## Getting good charts

Charts are only as good as your logging. Two habits make them genuinely useful:

* Log every working set, not just your best one.
* Keep exercise selection consistent — if you log "Bench Press" one week and a duplicate custom exercise the next, your history splits across the two.

Your coach can also see your progress (with your connection active), which is how remote coaching decisions get made between check-ins.
