If you regularly exercise, tracking your workouts is pretty much essential for making sure you're on the right track. Synrgetic allows you to do this simply and easily.

Below is a list of the sections in our app that are designed to help you monitor your activities and analyze your results:


Here you'll find a summary of your recent (and not so recent) activities, taking statistics from your workouts, daily steps, nutrition intake, calories burned, and body measurement changes. In each section, you can tap on the chart button to view progress charts of these statistics over time.

Our working tracking features are pretty comprehensive. Here, you can see a list of your past workouts with a summary of each of their exercises, weight, reps, rest, and more; search for exercises to add or create your own, write your own notes, and upload videos. You'll also see your coach's notes and instructions if you have a coach using the app.

Here you'll be able to track your nutrition intake, progress pics, body measurements, and see the activities from your device's health data (if you want to). Our nutrition tracker features a barcode scanner to easily scan food items and add them to your diary.


Anything that happens within the app that needs your attention will appear here.

Tapping this in the main menu will switch the mode of the app to coach mode where you can manage your clients and your personal training and/or online coaching business.

Quick tip: all accounts are able to manage one client account completely for free!


As you use the app, you'll earn achievement badges to show how experienced you are using it. Compare them to your friends to see who is more Synrgetic!

Exercise progress

Using the data of the exercises you add to your workouts, our app can generate progress charts for each one here, showing changes in maximum weight and total volume per day.

Quick tip: you can easily export the chart to different platforms using the menu button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Using our built-in calorie and macronutrient calculators or manually entering the values yourself, you can create fully customizable daily nutrition targets that you can use each day in our nutrition tracker. This makes diets with days that have different food intakes really easy to keep track of!


If you have a coach within our app, any packages they've added to your account will show up here making it simple and easy for you to use as a reference.
